The work we do includes, but not limited to, the following:
Assessment of how effective the school is in delivering the mission statement/unique goals of the institution.
Identifying the factors driving or inhibiting the organization and people performance - including what the issues, barriers, and gaps are, as well as the organization strengths and opportunities to be leveraged.
Detailed research and fact finding to establish and define current context of the institution and determine realistic next steps/starting points for improvement. Exploring what works, what to retain and what to build on.
Provide a clearer understanding of the size and nature of the change required and support for management with the development of strategic plans for change and improvement.
Providing early recommendations, including select interventions and actions to guide transformation.
Inspirational talks and curriculum enrichment activities for students.
We aim to achieve the following outcomes:
Schools will be supported to become centres of educational excellence as the culture of continued school improvement and staff professional development is adopted and embedded.
